Miran Vila is an associate in the corporate department and also a member of the Private Equity practice group.
Miran advises public and privately held companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions, including complex private capital, debt and equity investments, initial public offerings; private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, investments, reorganization and financings; and underwriters and investors in connection with public and private debt and equity transactions, including PIPE and SPAC transactions.

- Stryten Energy in connection with various strategic domestic and cross border acquisitions and corporate reorganization
- Greenridge Generation LLC (a portfolio company of Atlas Holding), a vertically integrated Bitcoin mining and power generation facility, in its definitive agreement to go public through a merger with Support.com
- Kingswood Acquisition Corp. in its US$115 million initial public offering, SPAC extensions, and multiple de-SPAC transactions
- MDH Acquisition Corp. in its US$276 million initial public offering, multiple de SPAC transactions, and liquidation
