Alexis Whitaker is an associate in the Capital Markets practice.

She represents public and private companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies, investment banks, and investors in a wide range of corporate transactions, including securities and bond offerings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings, and SPACs. Her clients are mostly in the energy, technology, and entertainment industries.

Alexis previously served as a Summer Associate in the legal department at ExxonMobil and as a Legal Intern at Nickelodeon, a subsidiary of Paramount (formerly, ViacomCBS).
