In an interview with Law360, Shearman & Sterling Capital Markets partner and team leader Ilir Mujalovic discussed the outlook for initial public offerings at a time of increased market headwinds and volatility.

Despite market challenges, Ilir said many companies remained eager to move forward with preparation for a potential listing. “The good news is that this hasn't stopped people from preparing to go public,” Ilir said. “Companies are talking to bankers, and bankers are talking to lawyers. People are doing the work and getting ready for when the market reopens.”
