Adam Hakki (New York-Litigation), partner and Global Head of Shearman & Sterling’s Litigation Group, was a faculty member at the Professional Liability Underwriting Society’s (PLUS) annual Directors’ and Officers’ Liability Symposium, held on February 3-4, 2016 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.  

The conference focused on addressing the significant D&O liability issues affecting the legal and insurance market and attendees gained valuable insight into the most recent developments in D&O liability trends.  Hakki spoke on panel discussing the status of, and developments, in securities litigation.
