Partner Brian Burke (New York/Shanghai-Litigation) spoke at the 10th Advanced China Summit on Anti-Corruption on June 14-15 in Shanghai, China hosted by the American Conference Institute.

Burke co-hosted the exclusive Life Sciences Industry Special Interest Group Meeting together with speakers from Roche Diagnostic and Bruker Corporation. The discussion featuring practical and real-life case studies provided useful tools and heightened compliance consciousness.

In addition, Burke moderated a panel discussion on “How to Eliminate Anti-Corruption Risks for Tier 2 and Tier 3 and Mobile Offices.” He was joined by speakers from Texas Instruments and MSD. The panel focused on:

• How to ensure your compliance program is suitable to mitigate risks presented by mobile offices and employees working remotely
