Partners Matthew Readings (London-Antitrust) and James Webber (London-Antitrust) spoke at the GCR Live Annual Brussels Conference on July 9-10, 2018 in Brussels. Matthew participated on a panel on “Deal Breaking or Mischief Making: Are Non-Horizontal Theories of Harm in Mergers Back With a Vengeance?”. The panel was moderated by Jonas Koponen and covered various issues, including key cases from the past year. James participated in a panel on “Deal Risk.” The panel was moderated by Anna Lyle-Smythe and discussed how to manage and navigate risk in various transactions.
