Associate Melisa Brower moderated a panel titled “Sweat Equity: Contributing Beyond the Bottom Line" on November 17, 2021. She was joined by private equity and banking professionals to discuss how they have found unique ways to leverage their outside passions and skills to impact their businesses’ culture positively. The panelists also shared experiences relating to how these skills have helped guide them to their current roles and how they encourage others to identify and share their own unique talents inside the workplace.
