Richard, Matt and Mehran gave their views and insight on recent ESG-related trends in the context of cross-border M&A transactions, including Key ESG Regulations & Standards, ESG Considerations in M&A Due Diligence, Covering ESG through W&I and Mitigating ESG Disputes Risks in M&A. James Kay from Howden M&A also joined to offer his perspectives on how W&I insurance can help navigate some of the challenges presented in this area.
