Partner Elvira Aliende Rodriguez spoke at the GCR Live Law Leaders Asia Pacific conference organized by Global Competition Review on August 25–26 in Singapore.

Elvira participated in the panel “ESG and Competition Law in Asia” on August 25, 2022. The panel discussed state and private action in the region to fight climate change by means of competition laws and guidance, how social and human rights concerns interface with competition considerations and scrutiny of corporate conduct through an ESG lens.
