On September 28, The Shearman Coffee Club for Women in Law was pleased to host a fireside chat with Paula Boggs, former Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Starbucks Corporation. Since leaving Starbucks, Boggs gives speeches across the United States and beyond, writes essays and music, co-produces albums for, and tours extensively with, Paula Boggs Band. Senior Associate Caitrin McKiernan (Hong Kong-Litigation) facilitated the virtual event and Dianna Jones, Director, Legal Compliance of Uber Technologies, moderated the wide-ranging discussion. Attendees were comprised of in-house counsel from a broad range of multinational corporations.
