On March 4, Partner Richard Porter (Singapore-Mergers & Acquisitions) participated in a panel session entitled “Designing Innovative Structures in PE/M&A Deals Amidst Increasing Regulatory Interventions” at the American Bar Association International Law Section India Conference 2023 in New Delhi.

Under the theme “Law in the Age of Globalization: Convergence of India and the West,” the panel discussed how expanding regulatory policies are governing deal making across the globe and shared experiences on structures and strategies being deployed to deal with the developing regulatory environment.
