Shearman & Sterling Advises HgCapital on the Acquisition of Relay Software

Shearman & Sterling advised the Mercury Fund of HgCapital on its acquisition of Relay Software for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in founded in 1985, Relay Software is one of the leading software providers to the insurance industry in the Republic of Ireland.

This transaction marks the third investment of HgCapital Mercury’s fund, which targets lower mid-market buyouts in software and other technology companies across Europe.
