Shearman & Sterling Advises on the Boeing Company’s Issuance of Senior Notes

Shearman & Sterling represented the underwriters, including Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Goldman, Sachs & Co. as joint bookrunning managers with respect to $250 million of Floating Rate Senior Notes due in 2017; Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC as joint bookrunning managers with respect to $300 million of 2.350% Senior Notes due in 2021; and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities and, J.P. Morgan Securities as joint lead bookrunning managers with respect to $300 million of 2.850% Senior Notes due in 2024 for the Boeing Company.
