Shearman & Sterling represented Citibank, N.A., as Administrative Agent, in connection with a $400 million senior unsecured revolving credit facility for Fibra Prologis—the first-ever senior unsecured revolving credit facility for a FIBRA (a Mexican REIT). Prologis is a global industrial REIT and is the owner, manager and developer of approximately 3,000 logistics and distribution facilities in markets across the Americas, Asia and Europe.
