Shearman & Sterling Advises on Lowe’s Companies, Inc.’s $1.75 Billion Investment Grade Debt Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Incorporated and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. as representatives of the several underwriters in connection with Lowe’s Companies, Inc.’s public offering of $250 million of its Floating Rate Notes due 2018, $750 million of its 3.375% Notes due 2025 and $750 million of its 4.375% Notes due 2045.
