Shearman & Sterling advised Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC as dealer manager in connection with a modified “Dutch auction” cash tender offer by Insperity, Inc. ("Insperity") to repurchase shares of its common stock up to an aggregate purchase price of $125 million. The tender offer was launched on December 8, 2015 and settlement occurred on January 13, 2016.
