Income Conductor Wins Female Founder in FinTech 2018 Competition

Shearman & Sterling is pleased to announce that startup Income Conductor took first place in the 2018 Female Founders in FinTech (FFiT) competition.

The competition, hosted by Quesnay, was launched in 2017 to address the lack of visibility, funding and mentorship available to female-led startups and facilitating partnerships with corporate partners. Shearman & Sterling, a contributing sponsor of this year’s competition, provided mentorship to the finalists through its FinTech Foundry program.

“We are proud to be a part of the FFiT competition. As a leading global law firm, we have the ability to provide opportunities to connect, share insights and advise female innovators who are shaping the future of financial services,” said partner Donna Parisi, Global Head of the firm’s Finance Business Unit, Financial Services Industry Group, Fintech Foundry and leader of our women’s initiative, Shearman Women.

Shearman & Sterling’s FinTech Foundry program is dedicated to supporting the FinTech-related activities of our clients and the wider global FinTech ecosystem – financial institutions, FinTech start-ups, accelerators and incubators, venture capital and private equity investors and policymakers.
