Shearman & Sterling advised DTE Midstream in connection with the acquisition of a 30 percent stake in Stonewall Gas Gathering for $275.3 million, bringing its total ownership interest in the asset to 85 percent.

Stonewall Gas Gathering is a 67-mile, 36-inch natural gas gathering system located in West Virginia. DTE Midstream has been operating the asset for about three years.
