Upland Software $190 Million Term Loan Facility

Shearman & Sterling advised Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, as Agent and Incremental Lender on a $190 million incremental term loan facility for Upland Software, Inc. to finance the repayment of existing debt and general corporate purposes.

Upland Software is a provider of cloud-based enterprise work management software based in Austin, Texas.
