We are advising Bank of Ireland, Crédit Agricole, ING Bank N.V., National Westminster Bank, Rabobank, Goldman Sachs and MV Credit (the "Senior Lenders"), in connection with the first lien financing in support of the acquisition by the Barentz group of the Maroon Group. The Senior Lenders are acting as arrangers, underwriters and pre-placed original lenders in connection with a €585,000,000 senior secured term loan and a €120,000,000 senior secured revolving credit facility. We are also advising on the PIK Notes financing in support of the acquisition on behalf of the Original Note Purchasers, which include funds managed by Goldman Sachs, Park Square Capital and MV Credit.
