Shearman & Sterling won “M&A Deal of the Year” for its work on the Business Integration of Z Holdings and LINE at the ALB Korea Law Awards 2020. 

This is the fourth award, after winning three “Deal of the Year” awards at the ALB Japan Law Awards 2020 and The Asia Legal Awards 2020 in September, that the firm has received for our work in advising Line Corporation on that transaction.
