Shearman & Sterling represented New Metro Global Limited in connection with its offering of $300 million 4.625% guaranteed senior notes due 2025, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Seazen Holdings Co., Ltd.

New Metro Global Limited operates as a special purpose entity and a subsidiary of Seazen Holdings Co., Ltd., a China-based company principally engaged in real estate development and operation.
