Shearman & Sterling was named as one of clients’ most trusted law firms for M&A in a recent report from BTI Consulting Group. The report listed Shearman & Sterling among the top law firms that are able to “get any deal done at any time, no matter what.”

For the report, BTI Consulting Group conducted 325 interviews with legal decision-makers at corporations with an average revenue of $22.7 billion. The firms listed were noted by clients for their ability to get deals done despite the difficult environment for M&A due to the pandemic and other regulatory and political factors.
