Shearman & Sterling partner Denise M. Grant (New York-Project Development and Finance) has been named to Latin America’s Top 100 Female Lawyers list by Latinvex. This is the third consecutive year that Denise was recognized on the list.

Denise was chosen based on her recent track record on major deals and businesses, the prominence of the firm in Latin America and rankings by third parties such as Chambers and Partners, Legal 500 and Refinitiv. The ninth annual ranking includes 100 attorneys from 63 different law firms.

Denise was particularly recognized for her recent work representing The Bank of Nova Scotia as administrative agent and the lenders in connection with a $200 million five-year credit facility for Mexico-based Gruma, the largest corn flour and tortilla manufacturer in the world.
