Bell Canada’s $750 Million Notes Offering

Shearman & Sterling represented BofA Securities, Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Scotia Capital (USA) Inc., SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc., BMO Capital Markets Corp. and National Bank of Canada Financial Inc. as joint book-running managers, and CIBC World Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC and Casgrain & Company Limited as co-managers, in connection with Bell Canada’s registered public offering of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 3.650% Series US-7 notes due 2052. The notes were offered in the United States under the SEC’s Multijurisdictional Disclosure System for Canadian issuers.
