Matt McGee (Dallas-Litigation) co-authored a book chapter for the American Bar Association’s The Class Action Fairness Act: Law and Strategy, the definitive book on CAFA. This second edition offers an updated, in-depth analysis of statutory language, descriptions of key judicial interpretations and specific strategy suggestions for practitioners representing both plaintiffs and defendants as it relates to new CAFA considerations.

Matt co-authored the chapter titled, “CAFA-Related Appeals,” which discusses interlocutory appeals and other avenues to appeal class action-related decisions that may arise in connection with CAFA cases.
