Shearman & Sterling advised in-tech GmbH on the establishment of Mobility Technology Center (MTC) in Munich together with ERGO, Munich Re and MaLiBu, a consultancy firm of Professor Markus Lienkamp, holder of the chair for automotive engineering at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).

The MTC will provide services for the development of innovative automotive insurance products and risk management solutions, placing a focus on electromobility, automated and autonomous driving, new mobility concepts, and digital and integrated services. Clients from the automotive, mobility and insurance industries in Germany and abroad will be able to take advantage of MTC’s offerings.
