Shearman & Sterling won five awards from China Business Law Journal’s China Business Law Awards 2022, in the categories of Anti-bribery & Anti-corruption, Asset Management, Capital Markets (Overseas), M&A (Inbound and Domestic) and Private Equity and Venture Capital.

The China Business Law Awards are based on nominations and comments received from China-focused corporate counsel and legal professionals around the world. 

To determine the winners, researchers consulted with law firm clients and conducted surveys to evaluate each firm’s landmark deals, cases and other notable achievements over the past year.

The awards have been published in a special report in the May 2022 issue of China Business Law Journal.
