Shearman & Sterling advised Bpifrance, alongside Tikehau Capital and Tikehau Ace Capital, on its investment in ChapsVision, a French data platform provider. This fundraising of more than €100 million will enable to finance the acquisition by ChapsVision of Deveryware, a leader in investigative technologies and services for global security. 

The integration of Deveryware into Flandrin Technologies will create a major provider of sovereign software for government customers and will enable ChapsVision to strengthen its position as a leading provider of investigative Big Data solutions, with group revenues of more than €100 million for the year 2022.

The closing of the transaction is expected in the coming weeks and remains subject to the approval of the relevant regulatory authorities.
