Shearman & Sterling advised Daiwa International Capital Partners (Daiwa-ICP) in connection with a transformational GP-led secondary transaction whereby Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, will acquire a cornerstone investment in Daiwa ICP's first fund, Daiwa ICP European Infrastructure 1, L.P.
