Shearman & Sterling advised Amyris on its brand collaboration joint venture with actress and entrepreneur Tia Mowry, through the launch of the haircare line, 4U by Tia, and will be sold at over 2,800 Walmart stores. Amyris will be operating the brand as part of its clean beauty portfolio of brands.

The transaction was announced on Jan. 30 in a press release.
