Frank Fu is an associate in the Asia Investment Funds practice in Hong Kong.

Frank advises financial institutions and asset managers in the structuring and formation of various types of private equity funds, including blind pool, leveraged buyout, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and project funds, as well as on carried interest arrangements and management team incentive schemes.  He is also experienced in the structuring and formation of credit funds and corporate funds, including standalone funds, master-feeder structures, fund of funds, segregated portfolio companies and closed-end hybrid vehicles.

In addition, Frank represents institutional investors on their investment into various types of private funds.
