Mr. Gray advises private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and other institutional investors in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, co-investments, carried interest arrangements, and secondary transactions.
Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling, Mr. Gray was an associate in the New York office of a major international law firm and was counsel to a private equity firm in New York.
