• The mezzanine lenders on the financing of the Hassyan Clean Coal Power Project in Dubai
• JBIC on the financing of the $3 billion Facility D project in Qatar, a 2,250 MW and 136.5 MIGD IWPP, in support of several Japanese bidding consortia
• DFIs on the EPC and O&M arrangements for a solar project being developed under the FiT programme in Egypt
• The lenders on a $1.6 billion hard mini-perm financing backing the $2.1 billion Al Dur IWPP

• ADNOC on the disposal of an interest in ADNOC Refining to Eni and OMV where the company was valued at c. $19 billion

• Guinea Alumina Company SA (a subsidiary of Mubadala) on the $1.6 billion development and financing of its bauxite mine, rail expansion and port terminal facilities at Kamsar, Guinea
