Susan Loeb

Associate

Susan Loeb is an associate in the Litigation practice. Her current practice focuses on complex commercial, antitrust, corporate governance, and securities litigation, as well as government and internal investigations.

Susan has represented large financial institutions and corporations in federal and state courts in connection with antitrust and securities class actions, government investigations and enforcement actions, and other complex disputes.

Susan is actively involved in pro bono work, including representing a defendant charged with narcotics and gun offenses for several years from trial through appeal to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court. Susan also contributes to the firm's Need-to-Know Litigation Weekly regarding M&A and Corporate Governance.
