Sean Mowatt is an associate in the Investment Funds practice.
Sean advises investors and sponsors on the structuring, marketing, fundraising and operation of a wide range of private funds (including direct lending, private equity and hedge funds), co-investment schemes, carried interest arrangements and secondaries. He also has experience advising institutional investors on joint venture arrangements and continuation vehicles.
