Jordan is counsel in the Financial Restructuring & Insolvency practice. His practice focuses on representing ad hoc lender groups, DIP lenders, bank agents, distressed investors, and debtors in all aspects of large and complex domestic out-of-court restructurings and U.S. Chapter 11 cases. Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling, Jordan worked in the business restructuring group of another major international law firm where he regularly represented official creditors, committees, debtors and independent fiduciaries in Chapter 11 cases. Jordan is also a frequent author on all aspects of bankruptcy.
