LOOKING BACK AT THE YEAR IN SPACS 2022

Partners Alain Dermarkar (New York-Mergers & Acquisitions) and Michael Steinberg (New York-Finance) have co-authored a chapter titled “Looking Back at the Year in SPACs” in this year’s International Comparative Legal Guide to Lending & Secured Finance Laws and Regulations (ICLG). The chapter offers analysis on the use of special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs) as an alternative to the more traditional initial public offering (IPO) and provides up-to-date commentary on what has become a notable trend in corporate investment and finance transactions over recent years.
