Shearman & Sterling represented BMO Capital Markets, BofA Securities, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Morgan Stanley as lead underwriters, in connection with Bank of Montreal’s registered public offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.25% Senior Notes due 2024 and $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of its 4.70% Senior Notes due 2027 under its U.S. medium-term note program.
