Partner Fredric Sosnick (New York-Financial Restructuring & Insolvency) attended the INSOL International Annual Regional Conference in Dubai on January 24-26, where he spoke on “Directors in the Twilight Zone.” The session examined the interplay between the role of the director and the varying legal considerations that govern the role of directors upon an insolvency event. INSOL’s Annual Regional Conference is the annual event for practitioners from every continent to meet and learn about developments in various jurisdictions.
