Partner Domenico Fanuele and associates Giovanni Cirelli and Leonardo Pinta  (all Rome-Mergers & Acquisitions) spoke at the “Executive Master – Drafting Business Agreements and International Law” conference on June 16, 2016.  The three presented on “Purchase Agreements in M&A Deals” to a group of managers, entrepreneurs and professionals.  The conference was organized by Il Sole 24 Ore Business School, a continuing legal education institute active in the field of legal and economic research in Rome.
