Counsel Emmanuel Jacomy (Hong Kong/Singapore-International Arbitration) spoke at the IBA Europe-Caucasus-Asia (ECA) Forum 2016 from June 15-19 in Kyiv-Lviv, Ukraine. Jacomy participated in the panel titled “Increasing Demand for the International Dispute Resolution in the ECA Region,” focusing on investment treaty arbitration in emerging markets.

The IBA ECA Forum 2016 brought together state and regional officials, corporate counsels from top companies and leaders of prominent legal firms for a strategic discussion of crucial challenges in the development of the ECA region, as well as priority measures to ensure robust and sustainable growth.  Topics included the latest developments in legal business from the ECA region and aspects of law firm management, such as lobbying services development, talents engagement and motivation, as well as the impact of developing outsourcing services on legal practice.
