Partner David Connolly (New York-Mergers & Acquisitions) spoke in Practicing Law Institute’s (PLI) “Writing for Transactional Lawyers 2016” seminar on August 4, 2016 at their state-of-the-art New York Conference Center. The program taught the principles of effective writing and drafting to enhance one’s transactional practice. Connolly discussed the elements of style and the unique challenges of transactional writing.
