Partner Kenneth Laverriere (New York-Compensation, Governance & ERISA) spoke at The New York City Bar’s “A Critical look at Trends in Say on Pay, ISS Pay, Voting Guidelines and Proxy Statements” on November 9 in New York. • Critical assessment of whether the current disclosure regime is effective
  • Trends in director compensation including updates on recent litigation
