David Earnest and Anna Tevini, senior associates in the firm’s International Arbitration Group, participated as panelists at a seminar on December 6 sponsored by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution’s Young Attorneys in Dispute Resolution (CPR Y-ADR) and the New York International Arbitration Center (NYIAC).  The seminar, which was held at NYIAC, provided a review of “hot topics” in international dispute resolution for 2016 and presented a mock arbitrator challenge under the CPR Rules for Administered Arbitration of International Disputes.
