Partner Matthew Bersani (Hong Kong-Capital Markets) spoke at the IFLR Asia Capital Markets Forum on December 1 in Hong Kong.

Bersani spoke on a panel titled “What Is the International and Regional Outlook for Capital Markets in 2017?,” addressing updates on cross-border transactions and recent IPO trends, Brexit implications for Asian capital markets and what can be done to achieve capital markets integration within ASEAN and Dodd-Frank. The forum also featured speakers from  BNY Mellon, Credit Suisse, MUFG Securities, ChinaQFII.com and CentralExchange.com.
