(New York-Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory) spoke on a panel at the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Compliance and Legal Society Annual Seminar in San Diego, California on March 22. Her panel titled “Current Issues in Bank Regulation” addressed how the changing political landscape affects bank regulation, the possible new Prudential Regulatory Initiatives, legislative efforts to influence regulatory policy and international developments in Prudential policy-making. Co-panelists included Jeffrey Herbert (Director and Senior Counsel of Deutsche Bank AG), Kathryn McCulloch (Managing Director and Associate General Counsel of JPMorgan Chase & Co.) and Phillip Wertz (Associate General Counsel of Bank of America Corporation), with Carter McDowell (Managing Director and Associate General Counsel of SIFMA) as moderator.
