Partners Todd Stenerson (Washington, DC-Litigation) participated in panels at the CDR Winter Competition Litigation Symposium 2018 in London on February 24, 2018. The panel considered the impact of litigation arising from abuse of dominance claims, following a period where the impact of cases relating to both Big Technology, and Big Pharma, continue to shape this area of law. Todd participated in the panel “Expert Evidence in Multinational Class Action Proceedings.” The panel included expert witnesses, litigation funders and private practice and in-house lawyers.
