Partner Reena Agrawal Sahni (New York-Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory) was a faculty member for the New York City Bar’s course titled “Bank Regulatory: Basics and Beyond” on March 16, 2018.

Reena presented on a panel titled “Key Compliance Areas,” which covered several hot topics in the bank regulatory space, including:

• FinTech, Bitcoin and Blockchain developments
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
• Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), sanctions and embargoes
• Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and three lines of defense (FCPA)
