Partner Barnabas Reynolds (London-Financial Institutions Advisory & Financial Regulatory) spoke on the panel "Brexit and the City: Implications for the Financial Sector" at the Bloomberg Invest Summit 2018 in London on October 10.
The panel discussed the changing state of Brexit negotiations and considered how various scenarios could impact business and the City. During the discussion, Barney referenced the U.K. Government's White Paper published in July this year on Brexit, which reflects his previous publication, “A Template for Enhanced Equivalence: Creating a Lasting Relationship in Financial Services Between the EU and the UK” (Politeia, July 2017).
